Welcome to Southern Comfort Farm!

Southern Comfort Farm is located in Armuchee, Georgia just north of Rome, GA. Nestled in the hills behind Berry College; the farm is approximately 200 acres. We offer full board, training, sale horses, lessons, and clinics.

Our 16 stall barn offers fourteen 12' by 12' stalls and two larger 12' by 16' stalls that are perfect for large breeds. Also included are a hot/cold wash rack, restroom with shower, tack room, office, and separate feed and hay storage areas. There are several private paddocks and large pastures that the horses are rotationally grazed in.

For riding, the barn has an attached, lighted, 200' x 80' sand indoor arena. Outside we have a large dressage arena with all-weather footing, and a fenced grass show jumping area. We also have a small number of cross-country jumps in one pasture. Finally, there are wooded mountain trails which are perfect for conditioning work or a nice relaxing hack.
